Business Development & Marketing Executive
We're working with a prestigious international law firm to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Executive for their Paris office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual (French/English) marketing professional to join a high-performing team and contribute to the firm's continued growth across Europe.
This role offers a broad remit across business development, marketing, and communications, supporting lawyers and senior stakeholders with client engagement, pitches, events, and digital content. You'll be part of a collaborative international BD team, helping to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality marketing outputs that reflect the firm's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support BD and marketing campaigns across France and internationally
2. Assist with RFPs, pitches, and client presentations in both French and English
3. Plan and promote events and webinars
4. Manage social media content and calendars
5. Draft internal and external communications and marketing materials
6. Maintain website content and lawyer profiles
7. Coordinate legal directory submissions and client research
8. Champion CRM and marketing platforms to support BD activity
What we're looking for:
9. Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
10. Initial experience in a law firm or professional services environment
11. Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
13. Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects
14. Proactive, collaborative and tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems InterAction)
