Location: Duxford
Shift: 40 hours/week, rotating shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Operator to join our team. You’ll spend most of your time (around 60–70%) driving a forklift, helping move materials and products around the site to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
1. Safely unload and store raw materials.
2. Pick and deliver items to production areas.
3. Move finished products to the right place.
4. Operate forklifts and palletisers safely and accurately.
5. Help keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
6. Support the dispatch team to make sure deliveries go out on time.
7. Take part in stock checks to keep things accurate.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Experience using forklifts, ideally with a valid forklift licence (either Counterbalance, Reach, or VNA), we'll train you on the rest.
9. Basic maths and English skills (GCSE or equivalent).
10. Experience working in a warehouse (chemical industry is a bonus).
11. Good attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.
12. Comfortable using warehouse systems like SAP.
