Key Responsibilities
* Manage and streamline finance operations to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous growth.
* Drive the adoption of technology to automate processes, reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual workflows.
* Address complex financial challenges proactively, ensuring back-office operations align with the company’s growth.
* Deliver timely and actionable financial insights to support informed business decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance on all aspects of finance operations, from budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis.
* Practice experience in audit or outsourced services (preferred).
* Previous experience within an SME business.
