We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Controller to support major aerospace programmes based in Stevenage.
As a Project Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective project governance, cost control, and schedule management across technically complex aerospace programmes.
Working alongside Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you will provide the insight, data, and structure that enables confident decision-making and delivery success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integrated project schedules
* Monitor project performance across cost, schedule, and scope
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities
* Produce clear and accurate performance reports and dashboards
* Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
* Support earned value analysis and performance metrics
* Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and lifecycle controls
* Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience in project controls, planning, cost control, or PMO environments
* Exposure to aerospace or complex engineering programmes (desirable)
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Proficiency in planning or reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel)
* Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
