Role: Advisory & Transactions Surveyor; OPRE Roadside & Automotive Location: London Role Purpose Join the dynamic and rapidly expanding CBRE Roadside team Currently on a significant growth trajectory, we are continuously securing new business with key clients within the sector. The role will be London based but will have a UK wide mandate and the candidate will liaise closely across Roadside Sector colleagues, other OPRE teams and wider CBRE teams. We are keen to speak to individuals with a background in estate agency, recruitment, or media and retail pop up leasing. This role will be suitable for anyone who is a proven high achieving individual that is process driven with an ability to develop and maintain valuable relationships. Key Responsibilities: To support senior team members in the coordination and delivery of Transaction Management instructions including: The negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews. Transaction management of the end-to- end process. Identifying and short listing sites for acquisition. Providing discounted cash flow analysis. Working with the wider team to develop new business. Person Specifications/Requirements: MRICS Qualified is preferred, but not essential. Working as part of team to manage relationships. Experience of delivery in time critical dynamic environments. Specific knowledge of the Roadside real estate market is not required. We are seeking an individual with excellent front of house abilities, customer facing focus, with strong negotiating skills and who is keen to develop their real estate market talents.
