About the Opportunity
An expanding professional services organisation is seeking a Technology Consultant to support its growing client base across the Public Sector and Financial Services industries. This position offers the chance to deliver complex digital transformation projects, combining strategic advisory skills with hands-on technical expertise across the full Microsoft technology stack.
You will play a central role in helping clients modernise their systems, migrate to the cloud, and leverage Microsoft technologies to drive performance, resilience, and innovation. This is a position suited to an individual who enjoys working across both strategic and delivery-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver Microsoft transformation initiatives across Azure, Dynamics 365, M365, and the Power Platform.
* Provide advisory input on digital strategy, governance, cost optimisation, and roadmap development.
* Implement and integrate Microsoft solutions in alignment with client goals and security standards.
* Oversee cloud migration and modernisation programmes, ensuring scalability and business continuity.
* Design and deploy Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Build and manage Power Platform applications, workflows, and dashboards to streamline business processes.
* Collaborate with technical and business teams to align digital solutions with organisational objectives.
* Support the development of proposals, presentations, and client solutions focused on Microsoft-led transformation.
Skills & Experience
* 4–10 years’ experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions, either within consulting or complex in-house environments.
* Strong working knowledge of Azure services, Dynamics 365, M365, and the Power Platform.
* Practical experience in solution design, configuration, and deployment across the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Exposure to cloud migration, integration, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical outcomes.
Preferred Attributes
* Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, or Power Platform Expert.
* Experience working within regulated industries, including Public Sector and Financial Services.
* Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
