Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded and creative Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our global marketing strategy. This role suits someone who understands premium travel audiences, drives digital growth, and excels in brand storytelling, while thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. It is a broad, hands-on position offering significant ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a small but rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
o Brand Guardian for K9 JETS, ensuring consistent and strong brand voice across all materials and touchpoints
o Own and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with company growth targets
o Maintain and evolve brand positioning across all channels
o Ensure consistent messaging: "the original pay-by-seat private jet service"
Digital Marketing
o Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
o Optimise website conversion, SEO, and customer journey
o Manage and evaluate, providing insights on audience engagement, channel performance and future recommendations
Content & Social Media
o Oversee social media strategy and content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
o Develop high-performing, engaging content showcasing real customer journeys
o Work closely with creative partners on video and visual storytelling
o Produce copy across a range of platforms and formats - email, editorial content, web content, advertising, press releases
PR & Partnerships
o Drive PR opportunities and media coverage globally
o Build relationships with relocation agents, pet travel partners, and concierge services
o Identify and execute strategic brand collaborations
Campaigns & Growth
o Plan and execute route launches and seasonal campaigns
o Analyse performance and optimise campaigns based on data
o Support sales team with lead generation initiatives
Requirements: Essential
- 3–5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within travel, aviation, or premium lifestyle sectors, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experience and service standards
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, and analytics
- Experience managing social media and content strategy
- Commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Advantage to have hands-on experience with PPC, Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
- Experience managing agencies and suppliers

Salary & Structure
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus based upon EBITDA
- Flexible / hybrid working
