As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for residents, handling a wide range of queries and complaints across council services including, waste and recycling, and more. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer care by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic responses via phone, email, web chat, and in-person enquiries.
