Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, motivated individual to join our busy agency team. This position provides a varied workload, combining administrative support with direct involvement in property-related projects and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
* Assist senior colleagues in preparing marketing materials and presentations
* Update and manage property listings across multiple platforms
* Carry out initial property checks, including land registry searches, planning research, and AML compliance
* Attend client meetings and support with agreed follow-up tasks
Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident IT user, proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Teams)
* Experience in commercial property is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling numerical data
* Audio typing skills would be beneficial but are not a requirement
* A collaborative team player with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
