Flexibility and adaptability are expected to acquire new skills to match industry demands and customer expectations.• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively. High levels of emotional intelligence to connect with and develop our engineering talent pool.• Project Management: Proven experience in managing and leading engineering projects from conception to completion.
