Job Description:
I am pleased to present this HRIS Implementation Manager fixed-term contract opportunity. This role involves overseeing the RFP, selection, and full implementation of a new HR system, managing all phases from planning to post-launch support. Responsibilities include coordinating technical migration, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the rollout of a new HR platform, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
* Maintain project documentation such as timelines, risk logs, and issue trackers
* Coordinate activities across data migration, system setup, testing, training, and change management
* Work with external vendors and implementation partners to meet milestones
* Manage governance processes and stakeholder updates
* Oversee the technical transition from existing to new HR systems
* Handle complex data migration tasks, ensuring data accuracy and continuity
* Lead data cleansing and validation efforts
* Ensure smooth transfer of employment data and historical records
* Maintain data connections and reporting continuity between systems
* Establish data governance protocols and reporting structures
* Coordinate migration of absence records, payroll data, and compliance info
* Collaborate internally to resolve legacy system issues and improve system usage
* Support leadership in strategic HR initiatives through system transformation
* Design and execute testing plans, including UAT
* Create test cases for core HR processes
* Validate system performance and reporting capabilities
* Manage issue tracking and resolution
* Provide post-launch support and troubleshooting
* Promote effective use of the new system and identify process improvements
The role offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum on a fixed-term basis, with an agile, hybrid working model and autonomy.
