Duties:
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs following manufacturer and dealership standards
- Accurately diagnose faults and inform the Service Manager of vehicle condition, safety, and reliability issues
- Ensure all work complies with quality procedures and safety standards
- Maintain high levels of craftsmanship in a busy dealership environment
- Support team efforts in achieving service targets and high customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the workshop team to deliver the highest standard of vehicle maintenance and repair
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience in a professional dealership setting
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong motivation, reliability, and team-working skills
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Resident within reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend
