Role Description: This job is responsible for ensuring cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements.
