Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative atmosphere.


Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

* Representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
* Growing the user base by inviting positive trials and awareness of RedBull through product sampling at appropriate locations and times, while competently answering consumer questions.
* Building and executing a tailored, innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
* Creating and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
* Driving brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
* Working at RedBull and supported events to deliver memorable brand experiences.
* Collaborating with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible in outlets.
* Partnering with sales to open new distribution points within and beyond your campus.
* Leveraging RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales outlets.
* Ensuring the execution of store standards and delivering excellence with attention to detail.
* Sharing ideas and collaborating with the team through regular interactions.
* Planning and reporting activities via the online platform accurately and timely.
* Providing local insights, trends, and opportunities to develop RedBull's media business.

Additional Requirements:

* Studying at Robert Gordon University
* Willing to travel 70-80%
