Office Administrator - Newry Your new company This is a great opportunity to work for a specialist building services company based in Newry. This company offers a specialist and tailored service to their clients throughout the UK & Ireland. This company is very ambitious and are growing and is a great time to be joining the company. They are recruiting for a Office Administrator. This is a full time permanent job. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.30-5.30 and Friday 8-2. Salary is negotiable up to £30k depending on experience. Your new role As Office Administrator you will be part of a supportive team working in a fast-paced environment. Duties include booking flights, hotels, accommodation and car hire for staff. You will manage their internal system by getting staff members ID, CSR cards, driver's licence's and all other compliance information from sub-contractors and internal staff and scanning and saving on the system. You will be responsible for other administration tasks as required. What you'll need to succeed You will have administration experience preferable in the construction or building service industry.
