Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing environment. This role involves the fabrication and assembly of window and door products to a high standard, working as part of a skilled production team.
This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long‑term progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication and assembly of aluminium/uPVC windows, doors, frames, and related components
Accurately reading and working from technical drawings and measurements
Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Quality checking finished products to ensure they meet required specifications
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Working closely with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience as a fabricator (window, door, aluminium or uPVC experience preferred)
Ability to work from drawings and use measuring equipment accurately
Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
Health & safety conscious
