Who are we looking for?
We seek a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to work at our client’s premises in Hartlepool. The role involves holiday and sickness cover, with potential for fixed shift patterns when opportunities arise. Shifts vary across days, nights, and weekends, typically from 0600-1800 or 1800-0600.

What you will need:
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
* Valid SIA Front-Line License
* Full UK Driving License
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Eligibility to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards
What you will do:
* Conduct site patrols and record activities as per requirements
* Brief visitors and contractors, manage sign-in/out procedures
* Record deliveries and process related paperwork
* Carry out patrols to specified standards
* Set and unset alarm systems outside of hours if applicable
* Follow waste management procedures
* Complete logs, reports, and incident documentation
* Review and adhere to Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and safety documents; communicate recommendations
* Maintain training records and ensure certifications are up to date
* Apply your SIA skills professionally at all times
* Perform additional duties as assigned
