Priory Hospital Bristol is looking to recruit an Addictions Therapy Lead to join the team. This is apart-timerole working 22.5 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
* Report to the Therapy Services Manager (TSM) and manage the ATP inpatient therapy provision, aftercare, and related resources.
* Collaborate with dedicated therapy teams known for delivering high-quality care.
* Provide specialist assessment, formulation, and treatment for clients.
* Lead and support a team of addiction therapists at Priory Hospital Bristol.
* Ensure a high-quality inpatient programme for addiction patients that meets the standards of PMI partners and Priory.

Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division of Priory and has 77 beds over seven wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Adult Psychiatric Intensive Care, Acquired Brain Injury, Huntingtons and Dementia.

Person Specification
Experience
* Ideally, you have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including delivering group therapy and building strong client and referrer relationships. A drivers licence is preferable to support flexible working and travel.
Qualifications
* For this role, you will need to be an experienced psychotherapist accredited by a recognised body with specialist addiction treatment qualifications, able to support junior clinicians and lead a therapy team while managing a caseload.
