Overview
We are looking for an experienced retail catering supervisor to lead and deliver a first‑class food service to staff and patients during weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
* Lead weekend retail catering operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Manage staff, schedules and shift operations during Saturday & Sunday shifts.
* Maintain compliance with food safety HACCP systems and quality standards.
* Support continuous improvement of retail catering procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous experience supervising retail catering, preferably within a hospital or similar environment.
* Full understanding of food safety HACCP systems and retail catering best practice.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Band 3 experience or equivalent
