ABOUT THE ROLE
My Client is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to take charge of all paid marketing channels, with a focus on Paid Social, CRM, and PPC. You’ll define their strategy, oversee execution, manage budgets, and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved. You’ll work closely with other paid channel owners, the affiliate team, and external agency partners to deliver growth and innovation across our marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, CRM, and PPC to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
* Manage and forecast campaign budgets, optimising spend to hit performance targets.
* Report on campaign performance weekly and monthly, identifying opportunities to test, refine, and improve results.
* Own and develop the email marketing strategy, ensuring engagement and revenue KPIs are met.
* Oversee Paid Social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
* Lead PPC strategy, monitoring all KPIs and making key performance decisions.
* Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team across influencer and publisher partnerships, supporting with analysis and budget management.
* Test and optimise email campaigns to boost customer engagement.
* Manage relationships with external agencies (Google, Meta, TikTok), ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals.
* Regularly review web performance metrics and customer insight data, sharing findings to influence wider business strategy.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you MUST be a true performance marketing specialist with significant experience gained in your current/previous roles in performance marketing.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Excellent budget management and forecasting abilities
