PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are working with a reputable insurance company to find askilled individual to join their Private clients – personal lines team. Th is role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, and driving portfolio growth.
EXPERIENCE
* Customer-facing role in personal lines insurance
* Basic knowledge of personal insurance products and compliance (FCA, Consumer Duty)
* Experience in renewals, new business, and client queries (desirable)
SKILLS
* Strong communication and organisation
* Proactive and client-focused approach
* Team player with business development skills
DAY-TO-DAY
* Manage and build client relationships
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Assist with policy renewals and negotiations
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Collaborate with the team to meet goals
* Stay updated on market trends and training
