Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the home, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

* Oversee budgets, staffing, and occupancy to support the home's financial and operational performance.

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a large nursing home setting.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
