* Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in Estate Agency
* Hold a full UK driving licence and your own car

Responsibilities in this role are:
1. Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
2. Meeting with clients visiting the office
3. Managing incoming and outgoing email enquiries within company standard guidelines
4. Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuations, referring financial & legal services leads
5. Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors
6. Management of outstanding viewings in terms of viewing follow-up/feedback and confirmation
7. Booking of valuations and viewings
8. Assisting the team with general administration duties where necessary
9. Training for carrying out valuations
