The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to assist in the Litigation Department, working closely with the Head of Litigation. Ideally, we are seeking a Junior P.I. Lawyer, but candidates with general litigation experience will also be considered. The role offers exposure to a variety of cases, including MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims, with opportunities to assist on more complex Multi‑Track matters.
This is an excellent chance for a motivated individual to gain hands‑on experience, develop their professional skills, and progress their career within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Litigation team with Personal Injury and general litigation matters.
* Assist on MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims, with potential involvement in Multi‑Track cases.
* Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
* Build strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
* Contribute to the efficient running of the department and assist with business development initiatives.
Requirements:
* Experience in Personal Injury or broader litigation matters is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
* Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and colleagues professionally.
* Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop legal expertise.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle to attend client meetings and office locations.
