The Company
Our client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC press brake machines safely and efficiently,
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and job specifications,
* Select, install, and adjust tooling to meet job requirements,
* Perform quality checks and ensure all parts meet required tolerances,
* Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed,
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area in line with 5S standards in Order,
* Actively participate in Kaizen activities, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, safety, and productivity,
* Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams,
* Complete production documentation accurately.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous experience operating CNC press brake machinery (required),
* Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes,
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings,
* Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills,
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality,
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
* Flexibility to work additional hours when require.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with JP, Bystronic, or similar machinery,
* Basic programming knowledge (CNC press brake),
* Forklift licence or overhead crane experience (advantage).

* Working hours are rotating shifts : 05:30am : 1:30pm Monday to Friday and then onto the PM Shift : 2:00pm : 10:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday is 2pm : 8:00pm.
