Lecturer – Group Lead: Level 4 Fashion Buying & Merchandising – Fixed‑Term Maternity Contract – Part‑Time 19.5 hours (0.525 FTE). Teaching days: Tuesdays and Thursdays. Electra House, London – Moorgate, EC2M 6SE.
About The Role
Ready to make an impact or looking for a meaningful career change? Lead and inspire students on our dynamic Level 4 Fashion Buying & Merchandising course at the Fashion Retail Academy. We’re seeking passionate and experienced professionals with expertise in Fashion Buying & Merchandising to inspire and shape the next generation of industry talent.
About You
* Qualifications – Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
* Experience – Strong industry experience in Fashion Buying & Merchandising or teaching experience in an educational setting (ideally Post‑16).
* Expertise – Outstanding current knowledge of Fashion Buying & Merchandising and the Fashion Retail landscape.
* Passion – Creative, enthusiastic, and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to commencing a career in teaching.

Salary
From £17,010 to £18,900 per annum (0.525 FTE), subject to qualifications and experience.
