An exciting opportunity for an Estate Agent to join a well-established independent agency in London, offering a dynamic role combining both sales negotiation and property valuations.
This position provides the chance to work across the full sales cycle — from generating new business and winning instructions through to negotiating offers and progressing sales. Ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their property career with increased responsibility and earning potential.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
* Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Generating new business through proactive prospecting
* Managing the sales process from instruction through to completion
* Providing expert advice on pricing and local market conditions
* Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
About You
* Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Valuer
* Strong knowledge of the London property market (preferred)
* Confident in both winning instructions and closing deals
* Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-presented and professional at all times
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
