Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic SEND development
Lead EHCP reviews (Annual, Interim, Emergency)
Coordinate daily SEND support and provision
Oversee looked after pupils
Provide professional guidance to staff, parents, and agencies
Advise on SEND budgets, resources, and staff training
Promote inclusion and curriculum access
Lead interventions and manage staff/resources
Quality assure SEND teaching and learning
Attend and review PEP meetings
Requirements:
Accredited SENDCo qualification
Hold QTS or QTLS
Passionate about education and inclusion
Leadership experience
Able to manage SEND provision with the Headteacher
