The Home Orchard Lodge is a wonderfully positioned, purpose-built residential care and nursing home in Armagh. Our home benefits from views of the two local cathedrals and the surrounding city from most of the bedrooms, main lounges and all dining rooms. Residents are very welcome to bring their own home accessories and furniture, to personalise their space and make it their home. About the role: As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you'll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role. Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.
