Our client is seeking a highly professional Conveyancing Paralegal who is adaptable, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
The role
1. Assist in running sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity files from beginning to end.
2. Liaise with senior members of the management team.
3. Perform daily tasks to a high standard, including:
* Dealing with client and third-party enquiries.
* Preparing draft contracts, handling enquiries, requesting management packs, and issuing exchange and completion letters.
* Liaising with clients to help achieve their desired move dates.
* Liaising with clients and third parties as appropriate.
* Checking and working in accordance with daily task lists and key date reminders.
* Meeting clients.
• Assist with departmental compliance of anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures.
• Ensure a high standard of file management and awareness of essential procedures.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience working in a busy conveyancing team.
* Good standard of literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
* Pleasant manner, flexible, and cooperative.
* Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure, and take responsibility for the quality of work.
* Excellent client care skills.
* Good typing skills.
