Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team.
This is a high-energy, target-driven role focused on generating new business through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have strong telesales experience and a proven ability to win new customers.
Cold calling is a key part of the role, with a minimum KPI of 80 outbound calls per day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2. Generate and develop new business opportunities
3. Carry out high-volume outbound cold calling (80+ calls per day KPI)
4. Identify and qualify new sales leads
5. Research new markets, trends, and potential customers
6. Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and quotations
7. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
8. Negotiate with new and existing customers via phone and email
