Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintain excellent service standards for routine and periodic cleaning.
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure staff understand and follow task schedules while adhering to correct Health & Safety procedures.
* Provide technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage usage of materials.
* Order stocks as necessary.
* Efficiently handle issues in a professional manner, referring to line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Reliability and hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule independently.
