Role Overview - Assistant Service Manager
Work closely with the Aftersales Manager to oversee both front- and back-of-house operations
Conduct monthly evaluations and Health & Safety assessments
Ensure all departmental KPIs are set, monitored, and achieved
Requirements - Assistant Service Manager
Must have an extensive background across aftersales in the motor trade.
A full UK driving licence
