We’re looking for someone to join the Branston team as a Engineering Administrator.
Day to day you’ll support the Engineering function and become a key member of the team. It’s a busy and varied role, therefore your ability to multitask and prioritise is essential.
What you will be doing:
* Ensure all Branston Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are followed at all times
* Ordering and receiving spare parts
* Raise purchase order numbers
* Ensure parts are brought back to stock
* Update stock management software
* Monthly data reporting
* Maintenance records for audits
* Monitor holidays, attendance and overtime for Engineers
You’ll have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. The ability to work alone but also integrate within a small but critical team is vital. There will be some heavy lifting required and IT skills are essential.
A solid background in engineering is preferred; You’ll have a flexible attitude and understand the importance of working within Health and Safety guidelines.
