Job Title: Estimator – Door Systems
Office Based: Welshpool
Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000 + Discretionary Bonus

The role of the Estimator – Door Systems will involve:
* Managing a range of manufactured door‑sets and solutions.
* Raising estimates and price schedules for main contractors and joinery sub‑contractors.
* Promoting brand recognition by attending events, meetings and trade exhibitions.
* Producing clear, accurate, and competitive quotations in line with company standards.
* Maintaining organised records of quotes, pricing data, and supplier information.
* Working closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure estimates reflect practical delivery; assisting in reviewing completed projects and comparing estimated versus actual costs where applicable.
* Ensuring all quotations are prepared and issued in line with agreed timescales and priorities.
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Door Systems with:
* Estimating experience within the construction industry.
* Experience within architectural ironmongery, fenestration, door hardware, or related products (highly advantageous).
* Consideration of candidates from the fenestration sector in closely related roles (e.g., sales or administration) who are willing to learn and develop.
* Full UK driving licence.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet timescales when required.
* Team player with a positive outlook.
* Commercially aware and cost focused.
