The Opportunity
Join us as a Sales and Planning Representative at Holcim Mortar, where you’ll lead in delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing sales and planning processes. This role combines customer service, sales, and logistical planning to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service. If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving challenges, and optimizing resources, this is the role for you.
* Act as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, taking orders, and managing the entire customer journey, including pricing, planning, and after-sales support.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, positioning our business as a trusted partner in construction and sustainability.
* Oversee daily logistics, working with transport and operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment while meeting customer expectations.
* Utilize technology to manage customer orders proactively, using tools like sensor and optimization systems to improve service delivery.
* Handle challenges proactively, such as supply issues or delivery changes, keeping customers informed and satisfied.
Who You Are
