Job Title: Breakfast, Lunchtime & After School Club Manager
Location: The Orchard Primary School, Orchard Road, Hounslow, TW4 5JW
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Term Time Only - 30 hours a week, with the option to work up to 40 hours per week during school holidays.
Working hours in Club Setting: Breakfast Club 7:30 am - 9:00 am; Lunchtime 11:45 am - 1:15 pm; After school club 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note: Lunchtime Cover will be held at Heston Primary School, Heston Rd, Hounslow, TW5 0QR
Pay: up to £16 per hour
Summary: The ideal candidate will have management and team-leading experience with a genuine passion for working with children. Requirements include at least 1 year of management experience, quick learner with problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act as the face of JAG and the primary communication link between the School and JAG, promoting the club and increasing bookings.

Responsibilities
* Lead, direct and support staff to deliver a safe and effective programme. Ensure team members are motivated and happy.
* Maintain effective communication between the venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
* Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring their interests.
* Plan, supervise and deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm, including multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
* Follow procedures and policies; implement them with the team to ensure safeguarding and compliance.
* Bring energy, enthusiasm and a customer-focused approach to create positive experiences for children and families.
* Be flexible and bring your unique talents to the role while maintaining a professional approach.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of management experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to be the point of contact between the School, parents, and JAG.
* Passion for working with children and developing team members.
* Compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) policy; DBS check required. Two references (one from most recent employer and one from a childcare setting, if applicable).
* The role requires safeguarding compliance and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. Applicants must meet requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
* Provide documentation for DBS/checks as required.
