The shift pattern for this post is Mon to Thur 8.45 to 16.45 and Fri 8.45 to 16.15.
Responsibilities
 * Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care in the West Dunbartonshire Addictions Service.
 * Assessment, formulation, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care using a strength‑based recovery focused approach that optimises self‑management within the alcohol service.
 * Undertake duties without direct supervision and support or supervise junior staff and Healthcare Support Workers.
 * Work with patients, carers and other professionals/agencies in line with legislative frameworks, agreed standards and clinical policies.
 * Provide care in a variety of home or near‑home community environments (requires a valid driving licence).
 * Participate in regular Nurse Supervision and take on mentorship/preceptorship responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
 * Experience working within community services/ADRS is preferable.
 * Live NMC pin and qualification to practise as a nurse.
 * Valid driving licence.
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
