Cygnet Acer Clinic is a 28-bed service providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder, complex needs, or acute mental health needs.
Care is provided in a therapeutic environment, with a level of security matched to individual needs. The aim of the treatment, rehabilitation, and re-socialisation programme is to prepare the people in our care either for transfer to conditions of lesser security or for a life in the community.

Your day-to-day…
* Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
* Work closely with the management team to develop, audit, and improve the service quality.
* Attend all training and engage in CPD to enhance your knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
* Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, in accordance with NMC guidelines.
* Administer medicines following healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

Are an experienced RMN with a current Pin Number, possessing…
Essential:
* The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity.
* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices.
* A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk.

Desirable:
* The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role.
