In this role, you'll be contacting tenants to confirm details, update their information, and ensure the organisation holds accurate, GDPR‑compliant records. You'll also check whether customers still wish to receive services and action updates accordingly. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Contact tenants by phone or other means to collect information about their household.
