Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team of residential care staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
* Oversee the implementation of care plans and support young people in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience working within a residential childcare setting.
* Driving licence is strongly favourable.
* Flexibility to work on a variable shift pattern across the 7 days of the week.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
