What You'll Do
* Welcome with warmth — greet guests on arrival, check them in with ease, and set the tone for their stay
* Orchestrate reservations — manage online, phone, and in-person bookings with accuracy and care
* Guide and inform — share insight on rooms, rates, amenities, and experiences to help guests feel right at home
* Keep the flow smooth — liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are pristine, ready, and beautiful
* Support special moments — manage group bookings and add thoughtful touches for weddings, VIPs, and event guests
* Resolve with grace — handle questions and challenges calmly, always aiming to turn problems into positive experiences
* Upsell with subtlety — recommend experiences and services that enhance each stay
* Keep perfect records — maintain accurate bookings, payments, and guest information behind the scenes
You Bring
* Experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel reception experience is ideal)
* A naturally warm, approachable personality and love of helping others
* Strong organisational skills and confidence using booking systems
* A calm, professional presence, even on busy days
