Overview
Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and work with Ferrero, one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in the UK. Ferrero's iconic brands include Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's, Fox's, and Burton's Biscuits.
We work in partnership with our clients to activate sales and deliver retail excellence. We do this through empowering our Field Sales teams with clear objectives, sense of purpose and effective technology and measure our success by evaluating the return on investment.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with major grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda and Morrisons. Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero's brand portfolio within stores. Use sales data to engage key decision‑makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions. Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated, can work independently, and manage your time effectively. The ability to build strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions. Commercial acumen and a passion for working with FMCG brands.
Full UK manual driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Benefits
Competitive salary of £27,000 per annum + up to 11.5% performance-based bonus. Company car, tablet, and additional company benefits. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
