In Patients / Community – Stroke Services
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our Stroke rehabilitation Team based in St Johns Hospital, West Lothian .
As part of the Home First Programme this post is specifically to support the transition of Stroke patients upon discharge and in the first few weeks at home.
This post requires experience of Stroke Rehabilitation preferably at a Senior level, Community Rehabilitation experience is also desirable.
This post is based within the In Patient Stroke team at St Johns Hospital.
You will work closely with the Stroke Unit AHPs to identify and facilitate early supported discharge and liaise closely with community rehabilitation services as part of the Community Function.
Car Driver is essential for this post.
There is an active in-service training programme and a strong commitment to professional development of staff.
