We are supporting a highly respected, market‑leading organisation for a motivated, personable and ambitious individual to join their Credit & Collections team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Arabic speaker (reading and speaking) who is eager to build a career within credit, risk, and financial operations.
You will join a dynamic UK‑based team on a hybrid basis, contributing to reporting, process improvements, and change initiatives across the wider EMEA credit function.
Your new role
1. Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring all required information is gathered, verified, andpliant.
2. Review and analyse financial statements to assess creditworthiness and risk levels.
3. Set up customer accounts across EMEA in line with local legislation and internal policies.
4. Monitor and maintain low‑risk customer portfolios, highlighting potential issues early and rmending appropriate actions.
5. Conduct regular risk reviews of both new and existing customers across the business.
6. Support the setup of moreplex global accounts involving MSAs and SLAs.
7. Protect the business from fraud by maintaining strong internal controls.
8. Translate documentation using Arabic where required to support accurate onboarding, risk assessment, andmunication with EMEA customers.
9. Ensurepliance with credit policies and provide clear, actionable rmendations.
10. Continuously monitor and review existing credit relationships, identifying potential issues and making adjustments as needed.
11. Maintain, deliver, and update daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support decision‑making across the credit function.
12. Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
13. Report on customer payment performance to internal and external partners.
14. Explore new data sources, assess their value, and share insights with stakeholders.
15. Collaborate with management to support the development and improvement of credit risk policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
16. Fluent Arabic speaker – reading and speaking essential.
17. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (or relevant experience).
18. CICM or similar qualification is an advantage.
19. 1–3 years’ experience in credit risk, finance, accounting, supply chain or general business (graduates with relevant skills and motivation will also be considered).
20. Strong IT skills: Outlook, advanced Excel, Power BI.
21. Knowledge of Access/SQL is a bonus.
