Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering personalised lessons that engage, inspire, and help learners progress.
* Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
* Collaborating with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure learner academic success.
* Maintaining accurate session records through our virtual learning platform.
* Working directly with students in their own homes or schools - in-person tuition only.

What You\'ll Need to be a Tutor
* A completed Bachelors degree or Level 6 qualification.
* Minimum of 6 months teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.
* As a Tutor you will be working with children who present with: Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, or Dyspraxia; Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs; Childhood trauma or complex learning requirements.
