Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your mission
* Inspect and measure vehicle components made of composite materials, including individual parts, laminating molds, and fixtures using 3D measuring arms, 3D laser scanners, and handheld measurement tools.
* Control and identify non-conforming parts.
* Prepare, document, and create inspection reports.
* Record error reports in the quality management system.
* Collaborate across departments to develop and implement solutions efficiently.
* Serve as a point of contact and support for various departments regarding measurement and technical drawing issues.
Your profile
* Successfully completed a mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in quality assurance.
* AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable.
* Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software.
* Experience using common handheld measuring instruments.
* Good knowledge of reading technical drawings – ISO GPS 8015.
* Structured, precise, and independent working style.
* High resilience and flexibility, with willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
* Fluent in German or English, with willingness to learn basic knowledge of the other language.
