An Excellent opportunity has arisen to join our operation at a prestigious client in Magor. The Yard Marshall role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and fluidity of the site operation. The role will involve on-site trailer controls and an element of on-site movement and placement of trailers as required by the operation. Role Carry out daily check of onsite trailers. Compile spreadsheet reports. General yard duties. Working closely with warehouse and transport teams to maintain flow of trailers onsite. Shunting trailers onsite using tug unit. Skills and experience Experience of operating a tug or be willing to undergo full training Some experience of Excel spreadsheets, and TMS. Training can be provided. Excellent communication skills. The ability to work well within a team and on their own initiative. A history of safe or non-accident driving. Flexibility in their approach to completing the work required. The candidate will abide wholly by the on-site Health and Safety Regulations.
