As an Internal Account Coordinator in South West England, youll be responsible for: Targeting Plumbing & Heating accounts in the South West of England Opening new accounts and targeting low spending accounts Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements to drive opportunities to maximise sales Drive the implementation and use of Salesforce.com to establish the highest standards of sales management and customer care Ensure outstanding customer service, ensuring regular communication with allocated customers Answering customers questions, problem resolution and providing additional information via calls and emails Maintain close working relationships with branches within your area This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08.00am - 5.00pm. You can work from a branch based in the South of England or work hybrid or from home.
