About the role
We are looking for a senior digital marketing manager – email to jointly lead our email team as part of a job share. The role leads the delivery of high-performing email campaigns and automations, supports large email projects and campaigns, assists with prioritising workloads and creates processes to drive success.
Line managing two digital marketing officer – email roles, you will support their development and contribute to the email strategy together with the head of digital engagement.
In partnership with the senior manager of marketing and communications planning and measurement, you will shape and maintain consistency across our channels.
About you
You have substantial email experience and knowledge, confident in creating and optimising complex automations and managing relationships with email platforms.
You are passionate about delivering the best experience and engagement with email, understand best practices, and recognise the importance of data and testing.
You are well organised, possess strong prioritisation and communication skills, and can work collaboratively across the organisation on diverse campaigns and projects.
Location, hybrid working and salary range
This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 2½ days per week at home and one day in the office per week.
Salary range: £32,900 to £34,300 per annum based in London.
